1000z Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1000z platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1000z platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 1000z platform. This agreement covers all services, features, content, and functionality available on the platform, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Live Casino, online slots, and all other forms of digital entertainment provided.
The 1000z platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of online betting services is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
1000z reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Users who fail to verify their age may have their account suspended until verification is complete.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1000z platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. 1000z will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
Identity Verification
1000z reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid national ID or passport. This is part of our standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is complete.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 1000z platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules throughout your use of our services:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to hack, attack, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
- Do not use automated software, bots, scripts, or similar tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Do not share or transfer your account to any other individual under any circumstances.
- Do not abuse the bonus system, promotions, or special offers in any unauthorised or dishonest manner.
- Do not spread false, misleading, or harmful information through any of the platform's communication channels.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or appropriate legal action. 1000z reserves the right to determine the severity of the breach and the course of action to be taken.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 1000z platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of deposit and withdrawal methods including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and approved digital payment channels. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at management's discretion.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by the platform and payment providers. All deposits are processed in real time. 1000z is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard procedures in place. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in the same user's name. 1000z reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending security review and verification. Any taxes or charges levied by third-party financial institutions are the user's responsibility.
1000z will never ask users to make payments to individuals or personal accounts. Any such request is fraudulent. Report it directly to our support team at [email protected].
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The 1000z platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times, free of errors, or suited to your specific needs. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1000z will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including financial losses due to service disruptions or technical errors.
Account Suspension & Closure
1000z reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: fraud or suspicious activity, breach of terms and conditions, activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users, failure to verify identity, or upon request by relevant authorities. In the case of a legitimate closure, any remaining balance will be returned after a review has been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements found on the 1000z platform are our exclusive property or that of the relevant licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1000z.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The platform may contain references to third-party services. 1000z is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites. 1000z reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
